Servicing Local Doctors and Hospitals

We recently serviced Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center. The Issue The Operating room required some diagnostics on the servers and cameras to make sure the operating doctor can view and record his / her surgeries. After some careful investigation, we noticed the cabling had been mistreated and we had to reconnect with a new cable. At the same time the network address to the machine had been modified. The doctor wanted to view his images on his tablet and this change didn't allow for this to happen. So we went ahead and made sure that the subnet in the network matched that of the IP of the tablet.
