About ACD
ACD was originally launched to assist users with all their IT needs in 2006 by Cesar Ramirez, a Computer Engineer from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. From slow systems, server support, VOIP, Web Development, Cybersecurity, to growing our efforts to being a managed service provider (MSP). With Managed Services, we get notified of your company's slow/infected/failing desktop computer before you call us. We deploy the appropriate tools to keep your company's infrastructure running in top shape to avoid downtime as much as possible.
ACD IT has been in business since 2006. It was launched by it's founder Cesar Ramirez, Sr and now is ran with his son's who have been educated in all aspects of IT. Most of our efforts can be supported remotely and in some cases, we will physically be at your organization to take care of needs.
In the past we serviced home users at their home location for IT support, education, and more. As much as we appreciate the business during those beginning years, our focus now is small to medium size business customers to keep our company growing.
